Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin each day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude, appreciation. It is very important to start each day with these feelings. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your sight, hearing, physical, mental and emotional health and for your life.
I begin this day with gratitude within my heart and mind. I begin this day with gratitude for waking with a sound mind. I begin this day with gratitude for my life and my health. I begin this day acknowledging that without my life I could not exist and without my health I could not the simple activities or enjoy my life.
Monitoring YOUR Thoughts, Feelings, Moods and Emotions
Today, monitor your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions during the day. Think and feel as if YOU have accomplished your goal. Make the thoughts and feelings of success and accomplishment a part of your current way of thinking. Carry this positive thought/feeling with YOU throughout your day. Reflect on all of your unique, talents and gifts. Think and believe that YOU are worthy of success.
