Continuous effort develops your mental and emotional strength and endurance. Continuous effort creates and develops strength of your will. This strength of will begins to assist YOU in the development of your drive and increases your determination to meet your desired goals. It is the exertion of effort daily that creates your mental and emotional strength. Your mental and emotional strength combined and focused, creates a sort of power or energy.
