The Daily Practice of Gratitude Begin each day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude Sit quietly, close your eyes and begin to feel the feelings of gratitude, for waking with a sound mind, for all of your body systems functioning properly (your health) and for your life. Do this each day upon waking. Become thankful for the gift of life and health. Become grateful for the things that YOU do have: sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell and feelings. Stop to think for a moment, how your life would be without any of the things we generally take for granted. All it takes from YOU is a decision and a firm commitment to "stick to it" to get on track and stay on track. Your Personal Empowerment is all about YOU and your “daily” practice of working toward your goals. The process of Empowerment is a daily practice of learning the foundation for Personal Empowerment. The Foundation begins with goal setting and the establishment of a daily practice that will allow YOU to consistently "do" the things that will create the success in life that YOU desire. Within the Empowerment concept Personal Development means working on YOU! The task ahead, is for YOU to put forth the Effort to achieve your goals daily. Lastly, demonstrate your Ability to put forth Effort "Simply Try" each day to reach your goals by consistently utilizing your tools for personal Empowerment and learning to consistently focus on your goal.
