Beginning Your Day
Gratitude
Begin each day with thoughts of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude and appreciation.
Forgiveness
Begin today with a fresh start. Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. Start today to forgive yourself and others for any and all past words, actions, activities or behaviors. Today, find something or someone to forgive. Find something or someone from your past to forgive and let go! Do this today and each day.
Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly for a few moments and feel the feelings of gratitude and forgiveness. Express gratitude for the things that YOU do have, your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs and for waking with a sound mind. (Feel free to create your own list of things that YOU are grateful for). Allow this feeling to move throughout your body. While YOU are thinking these positive thoughts and feelings, breathe, long, slow breaths. Begin to practice quiet reflection for a few moments today and each day. Remember, your thoughts create your reality.
Empowerment Pledge
I will work on myself.
I will work on my issues, concerns hurts and pains.

strive to develop the tools necessary for me to become a better person.

Commitment
Make a commitment to reviewing the pledge daily or create your own personal pledge. Reviewing the pledge daily will help YOU to consistently focus on working on YOU and your Personal goals and dreams.

Today, I will work on forgiveness. I will put forth the effort to work on and develop my ability to forgive myself and others. Continue to keep this thought in your mind as YOU go through your day today.

Today, review your list of I AM Statements, directing your focus and intent on the thing(s) that YOU already are or world like to become.
I am Peaceful, Disciplined, Focused, Healthy, Positive, Great, Special, Unique, Loving and Kind.

Review
Review your list for a few moments today. Continue to monitor your thoughts and feelings, moods and emotions during the day today. Focus your attention on the good, unique and special things about YOU. Make at least one of your I AM Statements, your dominant thought/feeling today.
For example: If your statement is "I AM Loving", remind yourself to think and feel loving all day today.
The Way YOU Feel
Today, feel great! Direct your thoughts toward making the way YOU feel the most important thing in your life today. Practice thinking good thoughts today. Become determined to think good thoughts and feel good as much as YOU can and for as long as YOU can today.
Quiet Time
Take 10 minutes out of your day for quiet time. Take a few minutes to relax, review goals, list of I AM Statements, express gratitude, practice forgiveness and to focus on YOU.

Focus
Today, focus on your I AM Statements, love YOU more, practice forgiveness and show gratitude for the things that YOU do have and feel good about YOU....
