I will, with support and assistance, strive to develop the tools necessary for me to become a better person.
I will welcome growth within myself by acknowledging that I am becoming better everyday, one day at a time.
Quiet Reflection and Visualization
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release and unwind. Take slow, deep breaths and slowly begin to calm and relax yourself. Breathe in and begin to mentally and emotionally relax. Sit quietly and feel the calming feelings of peaceful relaxation. Begin to release the events of your day, slow your thoughts and begin to feel the feelings of gratitude and appreciation. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body. Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM Thankful" Begin to visualize yourself completely peaceful and relaxed. Breathe in slowly, relax your mind, your thoughts and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM Love, I AM Peace and I AM a Gift"
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....
