Beginning Your Day
Today, I make a commitment to acknowledge and work on the things that I know I need to work on and change within myself and my life.
Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin each day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude and appreciation. It is very important to start each day with these feelings. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel gratitude for your sight, hearing, for waking with a sound mind and for your life.
Personal Acknowledgement
I begin this day with gratitude within my heart and mind. I begin this day with gratitude for waking with a sound mind. I begin this day with gratitude for my life and my health. I begin this day acknowledging that without my life I could not exist and without my health I could not the simple activities or enjoy my life.
Forgiveness
Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start this day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, YOU must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors. Attempt to find one thing to forgive yourself or someone for today.
Quiet Time
Take a few moments for quiet time today. Allow yourself to experience some form of quiet, calm silence. Create a space where YOU can relax. Quietly think thoughts of peacefulness and tranquility while slowly taking long deep breaths. Continue to breathe in, release slowly and begin to become thankful, relaxed and peaceful.
Today, make an effort to identify and to develop all of your strengths, talents, gifts and abilities.
