Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin today with gratitude and appreciation for your life and your health. Become thankful for your body and for all of your abilities that come from it. Become thankful for your sight, your hearing and senses of touch, taste and smell. Become thankful for all of your internal organs and their systems. Begin to become thankful that all of the systems within your body are functioning properly. Begin to think and feel that your body is in perfect health. Become thankful for waking with a sound mind. Allow yourself to become peaceful and relaxed. Next, begin today with forgiveness. Allow yourself to forgive yourself and others. Take this moment to begin to renew and refresh your mind and thoughts. Think and feel that YOU are beginning a new day with a clean slate. Think and feel that YOU have been given another chance to get it right, another chance to change, grow and another chance to let it all go! Begin your day with releasing the hurt, pain and grudges from the past. Begin your day with forgiving yourself and others for past mistakes, bad choices, negative actions and for all negative behaviors and activities. Begin today, remembering that each experience within your life is a tool for learning, personal growth and expansion.

Begin today with thoughts of respect and what it means. Think of ways in which something simple as respect can impact your life. Respect is defined as a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements. To begin, respect is a feeling many of us have to begin to have for Self. We must begin to feel admiration within. We usually look to others to make us feel good about ourselves and usually it is through our physical appearance, what we wear, the car we drive, the home we live in, the job, profession or accomplishments that we have made in life. Today, begin to have respect for self, begin to deeply admire YOU. Begin to develop true admiration for your natural qualities, talents, gifts and abilities. Begin to develop a deep reverence and esteem for YOU. Begin today, by uplifting yourself, building yourself and loving yourself more. Begin today, to gain respect for YOU by seeking your rare qualities, gifts and talents. Respect begins with YOU. Live with respect within your heart and mind, keep it, nurture it and develop it.
