Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within yourself, release it, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to each day with this mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance in your life.
Getting Back to YOU
Many of us are distracted. We are distracted within the lives we lead. We are distracted with our responsibilities, we are distracted with work, we are distracted with bills and we are distracted with relationships. We are distracted with TV, Music, Videos and Video games. Many of us are completely distracted in our relationships and with our addictions. We have become a society of distracted people. We place our focus and attention on so many external things, but we rarely do we focus on the most important thing, ourselves. This YOU, experiences your feelings, your thoughts and your emotions. This YOU, experiences the sensations of your body. It is also this YOU that must be nurtured, developed, loved and respected.
