Begin your day with gratitude. Become thankful for your life and health. Begin to think on all the positive things that YOU have done in your life. Reflect on the thoughts, feelings, emotions and energy that YOU need to put forth today to become the most positive productive YOU. Today, reflect and project all of the love, joy, happiness and peace that are within YOU. See all of the positive things that are in your life, the people, places and the things. Begin to see YOU; see yourself, and your actions today, make all of your actions and word today positive. Take a slow deep breath and become thankful for waking to another day.
Begin today, to offer forgiveness to those who were negative and hurtful to YOU in any way. Offer forgiveness to yourself for any negative actions that YOU may have taken as well. Begin today, to create the life that YOU desire by creating positive thoughts and images of yourself. Begin today, to love yourself more, begin today to respect yourself more, begin today to appreciate yourself more. Begin today to appreciate all of your special gifts, talents and abilities. Make today your greatest day ever! YOU can accomplish this by making an effort to become all that YOU were born to be today, each day, everyday, one day at a time!
What is effort? Effort is doing, effort is action and activity. Effort is determining what YOU need to do and doing it. Effort is identifying that dream or goal and consistently working on it. Effort is consistently working on your goal until a change occurs. Effort is your ability to consistently direct your mind, thoughts and energy on your goal until YOU have reached your goal. Effort is energy and this energy must be focused and consistently directed toward your goal. Effort is a mental and physical focus of directed energy. To do anything YOU have to think about it, thoughts are mental energy. YOU have to combine the mental energy of your thoughts with your physical energy and abilities each day. This combined energy must be focused and directed toward your goals in order for YOU to attain the result that YOU are looking to achieve. YOU have to begin to train yourself to develop, utilize and focus your mental and physical energies. The use of mental energy here would be your creative imagination, thoughts and mindset. Begin by creating a mental picture. YOU will need consistent thought and visualization of this mental picture. This mental action will allow YOU to focus on your goal. The next part is directing these thoughts toward action a specific action. If YOU begin to visualize and think consistent thoughts of health and fitness for example; and began to make these thoughts your dominant, regular and consistent way of thinking your actions will begin to change toward to direction of your thoughts. If YOU then, begin to see healthy foods, or watch fitness programs and read fitness magazines, YOU will begin to see your actions life begin to change. If YOU begin to talk about fitness and health and about the healthy food choices, these thoughts will become action. The action of eating healthy foods and walking, riding a bike or getting a personal trainer would begin to occur all because of your thoughts. With this change, YOU have succeeded in directing your thoughts and visual images into action. This combination of action and mind creates and become a part of your new mindset. Effort is courage! It is the courage to change, the courage to grow, the courage to do something new, the courage to do something different, the courage to do something better! It is the courage to persist in your efforts to overcome your ways, habits and mindset. It is the courage to become consistent in your thinking and doing. It is the courage to change your current mindset and fight against your old ways of thinking and behaving. Effort is the courage to think new thoughts that will allow YOU to work on and change YOU today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
