Beginning the Sixth Month of Empowerment 365!
Wow! I am proud to say that has been six months since we started the process of Empowerment together! My how time flies! It is my sincere wish that YOU receive a great benefit, growth and personal development from the daily Empowerment messages. Now that we have further established a foundation, the next step is the proper utilization of the foundation and tools of Empowerment. Please remember that effort, directed focus, visualization and commitment are the keys to your empowerment and personal success. I encourage each of YOU to continue to Simply Try to work on YOU each day. Lastly, I would like to thank YOU for all of your letters, emails, tweets, texts, and support. Many thanks for attending the Empowerment workshops and sessions and conferences. Lastly, I would like to say THANK YOU for your encouraging words, comments and for allowing me to share what is in my heart with YOU each day. I wish each of YOU love, joy, peace, harmony and happiness today, each day, everyday one day at a time. The Empowerment Works, and remember to always to "Respect the Process"!!!

Empowerment Pledge
I will work on myself,
I will work on my issues, concerns hurts and pains.
I will, with support and assistance, utilize my ability to develop the "Empowerment" tools necessary for me to become a better person.

Gratitude
Begin your day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation.
Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your life, your sight, your hearing, your heart, waking with a sound mind and your health.
Forgiveness
Begin each day with thoughts of forgiveness. It is important to start your day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. To create balance in your life, your must begin to leave yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself for all hurtful words, actions, activities or behaviors.
Quiet Reflection
Sit quietly and feel the feelings of forgiveness. Begin to feel the feeling of peacefulness and of release. Allow this feeling to move throughout your entire body. While YOU are mentally releasing, begin to breathe, long, slow, deep breaths, Begin to feel relaxed and at ease.
Humility
Today, practice humility by considering others as important as yourself. Begin to make a conscious and consistent effort to consider the needs of others. Practicing humility each day will allow YOU to create balance within your life. Repeat the thought "I AM Humble." Repeat this thought as much as YOU for as long as YOU can today.
