Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within yourself, release it, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to each day with this mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance in your life.
Choosing Your Principle Emotional Energy
When did YOU learn to worry? Where did YOU learn to be frustrated and angry? Is this really YOU? Stop for a moment and think, is this who I really AM or who I have become? Is worry, frustration and anger the natural way I should respond and react to situations and experiences in life? Why chose worry, anger, or frustration? Don’t get me wrong, we all have these emotions and it is perfectly healthy and human to have them, but many of us have learned to express our negative emotions far more than we express our positive emotions. We have to become consciously aware of our feelings and emotions each moment of the day. We then have to consciously choose the feeling or emotion that we will feel and or experience. Today, begin to consciously acknowledge the negative or stressful feeling that YOU are feeling, once this is done, consciously choose an appropriate positive feeling to consistently think and feel. Make the choice to replace worry with joy, replace frustration with happiness, and replace anger with peace and love. This practice will assist YOU in creating balance within and places YOU in complete mental and emotional control of yourself. YOU will find that the more YOU practice this mind set, the more that YOU will begin to experience life from a very different perspective. Begin to practice making your principle feeling, emotion and thought energy joy, happiness, peace and love today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
