Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within yourself, release it, relax and feel good on the inside. What is change? Change is doing something different. Change is doing something new. Change is thinking and feeling different. Change is something that YOU can see. But also change is the result of the unseen. The unseen, is mental and emotional balance. It is the mental and emotional preparation. It is the unseen work. It is the quiet reflection and the development of the central focal point. It is the relaxation techniques, and the visualization exercises. It is the I AM statements. This mental and emotional effort that is never seen.These effort and changes are not see until YOU see change on the outside of YOU.
