Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within yourself, release it, relax and feel good on the inside. Getting back to YOU
Many of us are distracted. We are distracted in the lives we lead. We are distracted with our responsibilities, we are distracted with work, we are distracted with bills, we are distracted with TV, Music, Videos and Video games, we are distracted in our relationships, and we are distracted with our addictions. We have become a society of distracted people. We place our focus and attention on so many external things, but we rarely do we focus on the most important thing, ourselves. This YOU, is the source of your feelings, thoughts and emotions. This YOU, lives and exists behind your eyes. This YOU, experiences your feelings, your thoughts and your emotions. This YOU, experiences the sensations of your body. It is also this YOU that has to be nurtured, developed, loved and respected.
