Beginning Your Day
Gratitude
Begin your day with gratitude. Become thankful for your life and your abilities. Begin to think on all the positive things that are in your life. Reflect on the thoughts, emotions and energy that you need to put forth to become the authentic YOU. Reflect the love, the joy, the happiness that is within YOU. See all of the positive things that surround your life, the people, the places and the things. Begin to see YOU; see yourself, your actions, your activities and your possessions and become thankful for it all.
What is Effort?
Effort is mind, thought and thinking! Any and all effort begins in one place and one place only, your mind. Everything begins there and moves out into your reality. True effort begins within your mind. In order to try YOU have to think and in order to change YOU have to consistently think. YOU have to begin to challenge yourself to change your current mindset or your established ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. Once YOU begin to work on and change the established ways in which YOU think, your feelings, emotions, words actions and activities will change as well. To begin to change your mindset and state of mind YOU have to begin to identify and monitor your actions, thoughts, feelings, emotions, likes and dislikes. Once this is done, YOU will begin to recognize your consistent or dominant pattern of thinking and behaving. If YOU cannot seem to compete a resolution or YOU cannot become consistent in competing a task or goal, look no further than your mindset. This means that your conditioned way of thinking continues to dominate your life and YOU have not trained, conditioned or reconditioned your thoughts or pattern of thought or changed your way of thinking to become a consistent reality or way of life for YOU. To begin to reach your goals and dreams, the first step is changing your mindset. This change only comes with consistent repeated thoughts of what YOU desire and focus upon. Remember, all of your thoughts are important. YOU must begin to make your thoughts an important part of your life, only because the results of your thoughts acted out becomes your life. The change that YOU seek comes from developing a new and consistent pattern of thinking. This means determining something that YOU want to do and then consistently focusing your thoughts, words actions and activities toward it. Once YOU have determined what it is that YOU want to change or work toward or focus on then YOU have to become consistent with your effort. This means repeating the thought, act and action until it is a habit, second nature for YOU or it becomes way of life or lifestyle. Changing your mindset is a process and it involves examining and revising ways in which YOU see and respond to situations that YOU experience. Your personal examination and revision efforts have to be made consistently and regularly. This process requires from YOU, continuous effort, commitment and consistency. It is the practice of developing an on going mental process of changing the way YOU think. Today, begin to listen to your thoughts, examine your feelings moods and impulses, for they generally lead, direct and guide YOU. Begin to examine your likes and dislikes, your moods, your emotions and your habitual responses and reactions. Within your life, YOU have developed consistent patterns of thought and ways of behaving. What YOU are being challenged to think about here is making the necessary adjustments in your thinking and changes in behavior to reach your goals. How do YOU do this? Begin by eliminating or minimize your mental and emotional distractions. Place your focus and attention on YOU. Regularly and consistently examine, assess, comprehend and evaluate YOU. It is similar to looking into a microscope, until YOU fine tune and focus in, YOU will never see what is really there. Begin to focus your mind and thoughts on the things that YOU want or the goal that YOU want to reach for and achieve. Begin to create balance in your life by continuously and consistently thinking about your goal. Always remember: every word comes from your thoughts, every action comes from your thoughts, and every change begins with a single thought. Every regular response, every like and every dislike comes from your mindset. If every invention and great idea came from a thought, then your life can change from thought as well. Make the effort to examine your thoughts, feelings, actions and words today, each day, everyday one day at a time.
