Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within and release it. Take a moment or two to just relax and feel good on the inside. Begin each day developing this mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance in your life.
Empowerment 365 Week in Review
This week we focused on beginning our day and each day with gratitude and forgiveness. Begin each day with creating a mindset that will allow YOU to become thankful and grateful for your life and health. Next, we practiced expressing thoughts of forgiveness by beginning each day forgiving ourselves and others for all negative or hurtful words, actions, activities, behaviors or events of the past. Practicing forgiveness will allow YOU to mentally and emotionally release the events of the past and begin to live your life fully in the present moment.
This week’s theme was “What is Effort?” The elements of effort were outlined to make clear the vital role that effort plays in accomplishing your goals. The concept effort or “to simply try” is the driving force behind the personal development concept. Continuous effort is vital to reaching your goal because consistent and continuous demonstration of your effort brings about the desired change within your life. Continue to “simply try” to reach your goals today, each day, everyday, one day at a time. Please re-read and review this weeks messages on effort, the more that your read it the clearer your understanding and meaning of the concepts will appear to YOU.
Quiet Relaxation, Visualization and Central Focal Point
Daily activities were designed to assist YOU with the development of mental focus. The practice of quiet relaxation periods were designed to allow you to develop times where you could relax and release the events of your day. We used visualization to opens doors to and for creative imagination, stimulation of positive creative thought and the development of creative and innovative ideas. Next, we practiced “Finding Your Central Focal Point” these activities were designed to allow YOU to practice, develop and strengthen your mental focus and clarity. It is a fact that the more that YOU develop mental focus and clarity, the more that YOU can create mental and emotional balance with your life.
The Process of Empowerment
We ended this week developing a new theme “The Process of Empowerment.” This process involves establishing your goal. We outlined the importance of identifying your goal and the elements needed for your personal development, change and growth. This concept calls for honest self examination, inspection and evaluation, allowing YOU to identify the area(s) of your life that YOU need to work on and change. The Process of Empowerment is a very valuable set of lessons that we will outline in the coming week that will help assist YOU in the process of change, personal development, and empowerment.
Each night prior to bed, we have encouraged YOU to visualize, focus, relax, release, to examine your goals and turn the TV and radio off. This process allows YOU to mentally prepare for the end of your day and allows your mind to rest by limiting external activity.
It is my sincere hope that YOU have received some benefit from the first 50 days of Empowerment 365! I encourage each of YOU to continue your efforts to work on YOU, today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
