Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and behaviors. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within, release it, begin to relax and feel good within your mind and body. Begin each day with this mindset, it will allow YOU to develop mental and emotional balance within your life.
The Process of Empowerment Acknowledgement of Decision
The process of empowerment begins with establishing a goal. To start this process YOU will have to determine that there is something in your life that YOU know YOU really need to change or completely eliminate. This knowing or acknowledgement will come directly from within YOU. Your change begins with the acknowledgement of your needs and no one knows your needs better than YOU. This acknowledgement begins by becoming completely honest with yourself. This acknowledgement becomes your initial effort to focus on the thing(s) that YOU know within your heart that YOU need to work on. This process begins with sitting alone in a quiet space and examining your life, your thoughts, your actions and your activities. The process of empowerment begins with a single powerful life changing decision that only YOU can make. This acknowledgement recognizes your true needs, your true thoughts and your true feelings. This first and most important acknowledgement is to determine that there is a decision that YOU have to make. This life altering decision involves what YOU will work on and change within YOU and within your life. With clear acknowledgement, we now come to the process of decision. Decision is defined as the passing of judgment on an issue under consideration. YOU have gotten to the point within your life where a decision has to be made. This issue under consideration is the problem, situation, circumstance, life style or living condition that YOU know YOU need to change. This judgment requires your careful thought and consideration. This process requires YOU to sit and contemplate what YOU want and the amount of effort and determination that YOU will have to put forth to make a complete change in your life. The second definition of decision within the process is the act of reaching a conclusion or making up one’s mind. This is where YOU have come to a conclusion about what YOU truly want and what YOU will do. This is where YOU have made up your mind and there is no turning back. No matter the distraction, object or obstacle placed in your way, YOU have made up your mind that YOU will put forth the effort to demonstrate your ability to change and succeed within your life. The next definition of decision within the process is a conclusion or judgment reached or pronounced a verdict. This is where within this process YOU have written down your goal and announced that this is what YOU will do, become, work to overcome or change within your life. The verdict is in and YOU have made a decision to put forth the effort to work on yourself each day to reach your goal. The final definition of decision within this process is firmness of character or action, determination. This is where YOU are completely focused and determined to align all of your thoughts, words, actions and activities with your goal. It is at this point that YOU have made it clear what YOU want, defined your goal and YOU are ready to take action. YOU have made the decision to work on YOU are now determined and ready to complete your goal. In making this decision YOU have made a choice to place behind YOU and in the past all excuses, justifications, reasons YOU cannot and past failures. YOU have made the decision to change and this is the defining moment within your life. From deep within, YOU have made the decision that it is time for YOU to change! It is time for action, it is time for achievement, it is time for focus, it is time for faith, it is time for balance within your life and it is time for YOU to work on, change, develop and love YOU even more.
