Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin your day with peace and love within your heart and with gratitude and forgiveness within your thoughts and mind. Start your day with thoughts of calmness and inner peace. Next, begin to have thoughts of appreciation and gratitude for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with thoughts and feelings of forgiveness. Begin to forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow yourself to truly feel forgiveness within. Release it all and begin to take slow deep cleansing breaths. Begin to relax and feel good throughout your mind and body. Begin to each day with this mindset, as it will allow YOU to develop mental and emotional balance within your life.
The Process of Empowerment: Preparation
The process of empowerment begins with an acknowledgement and decision concerning your need for change. To start this process YOU will have to determine that there is something in your life that YOU know YOU really need to change or completely eliminate. This acknowledgement and decision will come directly from within YOU. Your change will begin with the acknowledgement of your own personal need for change and then making a decision to do something about it. YOU have come to the point within the process where YOU have identified your goal(s) and now the effort begins. The next step within the process of Empowerment is preparation; to prepare YOU must take several actions to get ready for the transformation process. To prepare within the process means that YOU will have to again make some decisions. The first decision in preparation for change is determining that YOU really want to work on and desire change. The second stage within the process is mentally preparing your mind or developing a new mindset. YOU have to prepare your mind by beginning to re-direct your thoughts, actions and activities. Within the process of change YOU are going to make the effort (simply try) to work on changing your mindset, actions and activities each day. YOU will prepare by reviewing the empowerment pledge and tools of empowerment (they are there to assist and guide YOU). YOU will prepare by outlining and reviewing your goals, identifying the things that YOU can do to change and then putting them into practice daily. YOU will begin to eliminate all doubt and fear. You will prepare for change by eliminating negative thoughts and behaviors. YOU will prepare by taking a look at the people that surround YOU. YOU will prepare for change by examining your behavior and identifying the areas within your life that YOU will begin to change and strengthen. Prepare for change by examining the things that “set YOU off”, the things and people that always get YOU off track and keep YOU out of balance. YOU can prepare for change by looking at the origins of your habits and repeated negative behaviors. YOU can prepare for change by honestly looking within, by examining the person that YOU have become and creating a new vision for who the new YOU will be. Prepare by visualizing what your life would be like without the old habits, the old ways, the old actions, the old behaviors, the old ways of thinking and feeling. Prepare by introducing new ways of thinking, feeling and becoming. Begin to think of new ways that YOU can live, think of new ways that YOU can resolve issues, think of new ways to communicate with others, think of new ways to handle stress, think of new ways that YOU can experience life. Think in ways that will allow YOU to experience love for self and become happier within. Think of ways that will allow YOU to express more love, joy, happiness and creativity within your life. Think of ways that YOU can begin to feel good within. Think of things around YOU that YOU can change and make more beautiful. Begin to think of ways that YOU can bring more love, peace and harmony to your home and work environments. Think of ways that YOU can begin to bring joy to everyone that YOU come in contact with. Begin to imagine the new life that YOU want to create and live. Think of all of the ways that YOU can change, develop and grow. Prepare for and become ready for your new life today, each day, everyday one day at a time.
