Gratitude Forgiveness and Humility
Begin this day with thoughts of gratitude. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your sight, your hearing, your heart, and your lungs. Express gratitude for waking with a sound mind, for your health and for your life. Become thankful for the things that YOU do have. Begin to think thoughts of forgiveness and release. It is important to start your day with positive thoughts of gratitude and forgiveness. To create balance within your life, YOU must forgive yourself and other, leaving yesterday fully in the past. Start each day with forgiving yourself and others for all hurtful thoughts, words, actions, activities and behaviors. Begin to direct your thoughts toward humility. Make humility a part of each day of your life. Reflect on ways in which YOU will practice humility today and each day. Slowly and lovingly repeat the thought to yourself "I AM Focused." During your day, repeat this thought as much as YOU can for as long as YOU can.
Today, focus your attention on your goals. Keep your focus and intent directed toward the changes that YOU need to make. Focus your mind and thoughts on the areas within your life that need to be developed. Focus your attention and concentrate on developing YOU. Keep your attention on it and bring it into view. Place your thoughts and energy toward becoming a better person. Daily make the necessary adjustments that will allow YOU to clearly see your goal, your development and your change. With your intent utilize your ability to focus your mind, all of your thoughts, each of your actions and every activity toward the same direction. Make YOU and your personal development the focal point of your life today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
