Gratitude Forgiveness and Humility
Begin this day with thoughts and feelings of gratitude, respect, appreciation and humility. It is very important to start each day with these feelings. Sit quietly, close your eyes and feel the feelings of gratitude for your sight, your hearing, your heart, your lungs and for all of your bodily systems functioning properly. Become thankful for waking with a sound mind, your physical, mental and emotional health and for your life. Start your day with positive thoughts and with forgiveness. Start this day with forgiving yourself and others for all hurtful thoughts, words, actions, activities and behaviors. Begin to create balance in your life by leaving yesterday fully behind and starting with a renewed mindset each day.

I will, with support and assistance, strive to develop the (Empowerment) tools necessary for me to become a better person

Empowerment is your continuous utilization of thought, energy, focus and faith, directed toward reaching your goal each day. Empowerment or the ability to simply try will begin to strengthen YOU and create balance within your life. Empowerment allows YOU to develop consistency. YOU will become consistent in reviewing your goals and your personal I AM statements. With Empowerment, YOU will begin to consistently review the Empowerment pledge, implement and utilize the tools of Empowerment. Empowerment is simply trying to create and utilize your quiet space and quiet time. It is simply trying to calm and relax yourself by utilizing stress reduction techniques. It is simply trying to turn off the TV and radio and resting peacefully at night. Empowerment is practicing visualization and attempting to create focus by finding your central focal point (creating focus mentally). Empowerment is simply trying to place yourself around positive, supportive people and managing your feeling and emotions each day. Empowerment is simply trying to reach your goal and loving yourself more today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
