Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within and release it. Take a moment or two to just relax and feel good on the inside. Begin each day developing this mindset, it will assist YOU in creating mental and emotional balance within your life.
I will work on myself
I will work on my issues, concerns hurts and pains
I will, with support and assistance, strive to develop the (Empowerment) tools necessary for me to become a better person
I will welcome growth within myself by acknowledging that I am becoming better each day, everyday, one day at a time
Consistency, Motivation, Dedication, Discipline and Self Discipline
This week we continue the development of our theme “Empowerment.” This process involves establishing your goal. We outlined the importance of identifying your goal and the elements needed for your personal development, change and growth. This concept calls for honest self examination, inspection and evaluation, allowing YOU to identify the area(s) of your life that YOU need to work on and change. Empowerment is a very valuable set of lessons that we will outline in the coming weeks that will help assist YOU in the process of growth, change, and personal development.
The process of Empowerment begins with an acknowledgement, an acknowledgement that something needs to change within your life. Once YOU have determined for yourself that something within YOU, or your life needs to change then the work begins. We begin this work with the task of simple effort. This effort is to simply try each day to reach your goal. Simply trying each day is equivalent to practice. This practice becomes consistent daily efforts to work on and change YOU. This effort requires consistency, motivation, dedication, discipline and self discipline. Consistency begins with daily practice, this practice is within the Empowerment concept is called ability. Ability is the continuous demonstration of your ability to put forth effort each day to reach your goal. Begin today to put forth the effort to change your life today, each day and everyday one day at a time.
