Gratitude and Forgiveness
Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Begin to feel forgiveness within and release it. Take a moment or two to relax and feel good on the inside. Begin each day developing this mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance in your life.
I will work on myself
I will work on my issues, concerns hurts and pains
I will, with support and assistance, strive to develop the (Empowerment) tools necessary for me to become a better person
I will welcome growth within myself by acknowledging that I am becoming better each day, everyday, one day at a time
Consistency, Motivation, Dedication, Discipline and Self Discipline
The process of Empowerment leads us to consistency. This consistency becomes your routine. Routine is your daily practice or habit. Through this process or habit YOU begin to consistently pursue your goal. The development of consistent routine actually begins with effort of mind and thought. Effort of mind and thought is the root of the Empowerment. At this level of directed thought and mental focus YOU will work to gradually change your mindset, thoughts, moods, emotions, feelings, actions, activities and words. This consistency is your everyday effort to direct your thoughts and actions toward reaching your goal. At this stage, you must utilize and harness your feelings and emotions to assist YOU in reaching your desired goal. It is your thought, desire and intense determination that comes from within which motivates YOU to continue each day to work on yourself. Motivation is the combination of effort and relentless, unyielding, courage and strength. This becomes your driving force. This driving force allows YOU to consistently work on the parts of YOU that need change. Your consistency will allow YOU to begin to clearly identify strengths, weakness and areas of improvement. Empowerment is your consistent repeated mental effort to demonstrate your ability to focus on and change the things that YOU know YOU need to work on within yourself and your life. Begin to become consistent with your efforts to reach your goal today, each day, and everyday one day at a time.
