Beginning Your Day
Begin your day with gratitude and forgiveness. Breathe in become relaxed and start your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Begin today with thoughts and feelings of gratitude. It is very important to start each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation. As soon as YOU open your eyes, begin thinking of the things that YOU are grateful for. Feel the feelings of gratitude for the two most important things YOU and your health. Do this prior to your feet touching the floor to start your day. As YOU go through your day, find as many things as YOU can to be things to be grateful for.
Begin today and each day with forgiveness. Breathe in and slowly release, begin to forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Become completely relaxed and begin to feel forgiveness within YOU and release it. Breathe in, take a moment or two to relax and feel good on the inside. Begin each day developing a peaceful, relaxed mindset, it will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within your life.

Mental, Physical and Emotional Doubt and Fear
Along the journey to Empowerment YOU will have a great deal of experiences. These experiences are mental, physical and emotional. These within the process of empowerment these experiences are directed and focused on one goal to learn and know YOU. Once YOU begin to truly learn and know yourself, you will begin to automatically identify subtle changes in your thought, responses and behaviors. The process of learning and knowing yourself can be tricky and most difficult. These changes in though are simple yet complex. Upon embarking on a life change whether it is cessation of smoking, beginning an exercise, weight loss program or diet plan. Here is the typical pattern; in the very beginning we are excited and highly motivated, we then get into the process and find that it becomes difficult mentally, physically and emotionally. Once the difficulty sets in our motivation declines, we begin to loose focus and our drive and determination begins to fall off. At this point, your will power and all of your heightened motivation has left and all there seems left for YOU to do is give up and give in. Within the process of empowerment, it is within this difficulty that YOU begin to find, get to know and understand yourself. Commit to knowing YOU better today, each day, everyday, one day at a time
