The Process of Empowerment:
Mental and Physical Doubt and Fear
Within the Empowerment process to find success, there are two obstacles that must be overcome they are doubt and fear. Doubt and fear are the two things that truly hold us back or get in the way of our growth and development. Once you being to work on changing yourself, the sole job and purpose of doubt and fear is to keep you right where you are. Many of us are not emotionally prepared to face and push past our fears, thoughts feelings and emotions. The independent use of your will or desire will not be enough to sustain YOU through the mental and emotional challenges. In order to grow and change YOU have to begin to face them directly. Within the process of Empowerment doubt and fear can and will appear both physically and mentally. Mentally it can appear as subtle shift in will, will power or desire. Physically it can appear as lack of energy, pain in your body or even sickness. This shift almost always neutralizes your energy or power source determination. Usually, these mental and physical challenges are enough to get YOU off track and back to the usual path or old ways of thinking and behaving.
