Today, we will continue the process of developing ourselves with the consistent daily practice of working on ourselves and our goals. Continue to focus upon, work on and love yourself today and everyday! Have a great day and enjoy working on and discovering yourself.
Gratitude: Begin your day with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation for your life and health. It it is very important to start each day with the feeling of gratitude and appreciation.
Quiet Reflection: Sit quietly for a few moments. Think upon and feel feelings of gratitude and thankfulness. Begin to express gratitude for the things that YOU do have; your life, health, sight, hearing, heart, lungs and for waking with a sound mind.
(Feel free to create your own list of things that YOU are grateful for).
Allow this feeling (of gratitude) to move throughout your body. While YOU are thinking these positive thoughts and feelings, breathe, long, slow breaths.
(Practice quiet reflection for atleast 5 minutes today)

Today, review your list of I AM Statements and continue to practice monitoring your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions during your day. Think and feel as if YOU have already accomplished your goal (make it real) see it as being achievable. Focus your attention on the positive qualities and unique characteristics that YOU possess. Make at least one of your I AM Statements, your dominant thought/feeling today. If your statement is "I AM Positive" remind yourself to think and feel Positive all day today.
The Way YOU Feel: Today, feel great by thinking positive thoughts! Direct your thoughts toward making the way YOU feel the most important thing in your life. Continue to practice feeling positive and productive as much as YOU can, for as long as YOU can.
Today's Activity: Review your I AM Statements. Choose a statement from your list that will be your dominant thought/feeling statement for today.
Quiet Time: In your quiet time take a few minutes to relax, review goals and list of I AM Statements. Remember to feel gratitude for your life and your health.
