Thank YOU for joining me today for Empowerment 365! This week we have practiced developing ourselves through The Process of Empowerment. This individual process involves establishing a goal and mentally/emotionally preparing to reach it. Within this process, I have outlined the importance of identifying your goal and the system or daily practice that will allow YOU to reach your goals on your own terms. This concept, system and practice begins with an honest examination of Self. This examination brings forth the recognition and acknowledgement of the area(s) of your life and Self that YOU know YOU need to work on and change.
The Process of Empowerment is a very valuable set of activities, practices and lessons that will assist YOU in the step by step process of personal growth, change and true Empowerment. Within the process we begin our day with the practice of Gratitude, Forgiveness and Humility and end each day with Visualization, Mental Focus and Quiet Relaxation.
Each night YOU are encourage to, release your worries, examine your goals, turn off the TV and any (distracting music) and simply rest. This daily process and practice will allow YOU to develop mental/emotional balance and focus by limiting distractions.

Monitoring YOUR Thoughts, Feelings, Moods and Emotions
Begin to monitor your thoughts, feelings, moods and emotions during your day today. Continue to think and feel as if YOU are successful and have accomplished your goal. Make the thoughts and feelings of success and accomplishment a part of your current way of thinking each day. Practice experiencing this positive thought/feeling within during your day. Begin to consistently reflect all of your unique, talents, gifts and abilities that YOU are blessed with in everything that you do. Make it a habit to think feel, believe and know that YOU are worthy of success.
Practice mental Empowerment by making "I AM" your dominant thought of the day. Take a few moments to contemplate on the feeling and meaning of I AM and what it means to YOU.
Remind yourself to think and feel thoughts of success and accomplishment all day today.
It is important to think positive thoughts each day, because your thoughts assist in creating your reality.
Today practice becoming Empowered by:
- Creating Balance within your life (An even distribution of energy, thought, focus and faith enabling YOU to remain upright and steady)
- Developing complete Focus (The focal point of your mind, thoughts and attention)
- Practicing Faith in all of your actions activities (Developing complete trust or confidence in YOU and in YOUR own ability)
- Loving YOU (The Individual Within)
