This is the practice of ending your day in several positive and productive ways. Empower yourself at the end of each day by the practice of quite reflection and relaxation....
Attempt to practice each night for one week and remember consistency is the key.

Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on the unfoldment of your day. After your quiet reflection, relax with positive thoughts and feelings of gratitude and appreciation. (Do this with your eyes closed)
Take A Few Moments (Relaxation Exercise)
Take a few moments to relax.
Relax by taking slow, deep breaths...
Slowly begin to calm yourself and completely relax your mind.
Breathe in slowly and begin to mentally, relax your forehead....
Begin to mentally relax your neck.....
Then your shoulders....
Relax your arms...., elbows.... and your fingers.
Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen.
And now relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes.
Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are completely relaxed, mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Continue to enjoy bringing your day to an end with thoughts and feelings of gratitude, humility and appreciation for your life.
YOU Can Begin to Create Balance In Your Life Mentally and emotionally release the past and live fully in the present. "Think and mentally repeat to yourself "I will release the past and fully live in present".
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully.....
