Welcome! For those of you that are new to the Empowerment Works, we are in the second month of Empowerment 2014!
The Empowerment is a daily practice and process of personal development and are transitioning into week 8 of Empowerment 365!. At week 8, we begin to evaluate ourselves and our goals. Within the first 8 weeks of the year, we have "practiced" daily to develop gratitude, forgiveness, humility, quiet relaxation and visualization. Now that we have established the foundation for personal empowerment, the next step is the proper utilization of the Empowerment Tools. Please remember that Effort, Focus and Commitment are the Keys to Success within the Empowerment process. I encourage YOU to continue to practice, utilize and develop The Tools of Empowerment on a regular and consistent basis. Begin to challenge your friends and family members to hold YOU accountable in the most positive, loving, kind and friendly ways. Lastly, I would like to thank YOU for all of your support, encouraging words, comments and for allowing me to share my purpose in life, "changing the world one person at a time".
It is my sincere wish that each of YOU will receive a benefit, growth and personal development from each of the Empowerment activities.

Begin With Quiet Reflection
Begin and end your day with quiet reflection.
Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day.
Practice quiet reflection by Focusing your thoughts toward gratitude, appreciation and respect.
Next, focus your thoughts on Forgiveness and Humility.
Continue the process of forgiveness by practicing thoughts of complete forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative and hurtful events of within the past.
Take a few moments to practice deep breathing, while allowing thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body.
Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax.
Breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax your forehead....,your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows....and your fingers.
Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Relax... Begin to relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility.
Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day.
Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation,
take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health.
One way that YOU can create Balance within your life is by continuing to release past hurts.
Visualization
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Begin to look around your garden, see what's there. Visualize and see the beautiful green grass, the beautiful flowers, the beautiful trees and absorb the warmth of the sun that is shining gently down upon YOU. Enjoy the silence, love, joy and peace that exists within your garden. Completely relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet).
Close your eyes and slowly repeat
"I AM Peaceful" as YOU feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation,
Begin to slowly breathe in, taking long, slow, deep, breaths.
Practice this relaxation techniques for a few moments each morning and prior to bed each night.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review The Empowerment Pledge and Tools. Review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....
Practice quiet relaxation each night before ending your day.
