Ending Your Day
Quiet Reflection
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to disconnect from your world and all of your cares. It only takes a few moments of quiet to begin to find YOU. Do this by "unplugging". Take a few moments tonight, to relax and just let go! Let go of all of the events of the day and feel the feeling of gratitude. Become thankful for your life, health and strength. Sit quietly and feel the calming feeling peacefulness.
Visualization
Relax take a slow deep breath and just for a moment, visualize yourself completely peaceful. Relax yourself, your mind your thoughts and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am love, I am peace and I am a gift". While YOU are thinking and feeling thoughts of peace and tranquility, breathe, long, slow breaths and just relax. Continue to do this for a few moments prior to bed.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio and rest...... Peacefully.....
