Ending Your
Quiet Reflection
End your day with quiet reflection. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude, appreciation and humility. Quiet your thoughts and begin to focus on forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body. Take this moment to relax and release. Take slow, deep breaths and slowly begin to calm and relax yourself. Breathe in and slowly and begin to mentally and emotionally relax. Sit quietly and feel the calming feelings of peaceful relaxation. Begin to release the events of your day, slow your thoughts down and feel the feelings of gratitude and appreciation. Take slow, deep breaths and in this very moment become thankful for your life and health.
- Practice mentally and emotionally releasing the events of your day each night prior to bed.
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden. Visualize and see the beautiful soft green grass, the beautiful flowers, beautiful trees and a clear blue sky. Begin to feel the warmth of the sun, shining gently down upon YOU. Begin to absorb the warmth from the light and allow it to completely relax YOU. This light is love and it radiates through your entire body and it allows YOU to feel peaceful within. See and hear a stream of clear running water that gently moves through your garden. Begin to feel the safe, secure, calm and relaxed. Acknowledge the calm tranquil aliveness that exists within your beautiful garden. Feel relaxed knowing that there are no worries within your garden. There are no cares within your garden and there are no responsibilities within your garden. Enjoy the quiet silence, love, joy and peace that exist within your garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Breathe in and slowly repeat "I AM Peaceful and completely Relaxed."

After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and rest...... Peacefully.....
