End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation.
Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax.
Breathe in slowly, let is out and begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers.
Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility.
Once YOU are completely relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Bring your day to an end with thoughts and feelings of gratitude and appreciation.
Create balance within your life by mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present.
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest, Peacefully....
