Ending Your Day
Tonight, I remove my ego in an attempt to completely humble myself. I recognize that I am not perfect, yet I have the ability to strive for excellence in all of my ways. I end this day with gratitude within my heart and mind for experiencing this day. I end this day with gratitude for my life and health by acknowledging that without my life I would not exist and without my health I could not enjoy the simple activities of life. At this moment, I express gratitude and appreciation for all of the blessings that I have received within my life both seen and unseen.
Quiet Reflection and
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax and unwind. Take slow, deep breaths and allow yourself to slowly relax. Breathe in and begin to mentally and emotionally relax your body and your mind. Allow yourself to relax and feel the calming feelings of peaceful relaxation. Breathe in and release. Whenever YOU are ready, slowly begin to release the events of your day. Scan your mind and play it all back. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for each experience.
Breathe in slowly, release and begin to visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed. Enjoy the quiet silence and peace. Feel the love, joy, beauty and peace that exist within YOU. Begin to feel and sense safety, security and protection all around YOU. Allow yourself to feel the calm tranquil aliveness that exists within as YOU re-energize. Allow yourself to feel loved. Begin to know, feel and believe that YOU are a unique and special gift to the world. Begin to embrace the power of your unlimited gifts, talent and potential..... Take a moment to become thankful for your life and health. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body and mind, while slowly repeating the thought "I AM Special" to yourself over and over....
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....
