Ending Your Day
I will work on myself,
I will work on my issues, concerns hurts and pains.
I will, with support and assistance, put forth the effort to become a better person.
I will welcome growth within myself by acknowledging that I am becoming better today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
End your day with quiet relaxation. Begin your quiet relaxation with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation. Begin to focus your thoughts on forgiveness and humility. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe in deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body. Take a few moments to relax emptying your mind of thought. Begin to take slow, deep breaths and slowly feel the calm of peaceful relaxation. Breathe in slowly and begin to just mentally relax. Begin to feel calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Relax for a moment and allow yourself to embrace the feeling. Once YOU are completely relaxed, mentally release the events of your day. Take several slow deep breaths and release them slowly.
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed. Enjoy the love, joy and peace that exist within YOU. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body. Slowly repeat "I AM Peaceful." Take several long, slow, deep, breaths and just for a moment let it all go, release all of your worries, cares and frustrations. Allow yourself to begin to feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation.
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....
