Ending Your Day
End your day with quiet relaxation. Begin your quiet relaxation with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation. Begin to focus your thoughts on forgiveness and humility. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe in deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body. Take a few moments to relax emptying your mind of thought. Begin to take slow, deep breaths and slowly feel the calm of peaceful relaxation.
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed. Enjoy the true love, joy and peace that exist within YOU. Relax and use this time to complete your self examination. Begin this examination by finding your central focal point, YOU can find this point by visualizing and focusing on a dot or point near the center of your forehead. Once YOU have found your point hold it there and begin to relax your entire body. Begin to breathe deeply and slowly, relax and begin to examine your mood. Visualize and see yourself peaceful and relaxed. Now take your mind back to replay your entire day. Continue to breathe in deeply and release slowly. Become relaxed and begin to examine all of your actions. Honestly and peacefully begin to see yourself as YOU really were today. Allow yourself to see all of your interactions with others. Examine the ways in which YOU communicated with others, reflect on how others interacted and communicated with YOU. Begin to see and feel your moods, see and feel your emotions, examine if your mood energy was positive or negative. Examine your energy today. Sense the mood, feeling and emotional energy that YOU experienced during your day today. Breathe in deeply and begin to relax. Breathe slowly while repeating “I Love Myself, I Love Myself, I love Myself” continue to repeat this thought. Allow yourself to feel the love that is within YOU; begin to allow the feelings of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Slowly repeat "I AM Peaceful." As YOU begin to feeling the feelings of peaceful relaxation, continue to take long, slow, deep, breaths. Once YOU have completed your visualization exercise, begin to mentally release the events of your day. Take several deep breaths, allow your shoulders to relax and become thankful for the gift of life and perfect health. Begin to think, know and believe that YOU are uniquely special and that YOU were born with a purpose. Practice becoming your purpose today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....
