Ending Your Day
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation for your life. Next, focus your thoughts on forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body.
Take a few moments to quietly relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally relax. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness. Think thoughts of peacefulness, think thoughts of tranquility, think and feel thoughts of love, joy, happiness and harmony. Think it, feel it and see it all around YOU. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for all things. Take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health. Create balance in your life by practicing mental relaxations each night prior to bed.
Sit completely peaceful and relaxed. Mentally look around your world. Visualize and see the beautiful world in which YOU exist. Smell the beautiful flowers. See the tall green trees and feel soft, green grass under your feet. Begin to see and feel the brilliant, warm light of the evening sun. Feel it, shining gently down upon YOU. Absorb the loving light and enjoy the beautiful orange glow from the sun. Allow this warm loving light to embrace YOU. Feel the warmth and love of the light. Allow it to radiate throughout your body. Feel the love, feel the joy, feel the peace, as it becomes apart of YOU and YOU become apart of it. Feel light, feel loved and feel happy. Enjoy the love, enjoy the joy and enjoy the peace that exists within YOU. Enjoy the peace and love that the light provides YOU. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Slowly release all worries, all stress and all tension. Repeat "I AM "Peaceful" as YOU feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe long, slow, deep, breaths. Enjoy peaceful relaxation for a few moments each night.
After completing your quiet reflection, quiet relaxation and peaceful relaxation, visualize peace and love within YOU. See and visualize peace and love in every space within YOU. See it, feel it, think it and know it. Review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....
