Take A Few Moments: Take a few moments to just relax. Take a few slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to relax. Relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms, elbows and fingers. Relax your chest...., back and abdomen. Relax your legs, thighs, calfs, ankles, feet and toes. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel feelings of gratitude and appreciation. Take slow, deep breaths, become thankful for your life and health.
Visualization: Visualizeyourself completely peaceful and relaxed. Relax your body and mind. Allow feelings of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly mentally repeat "I am completely relaxed and I am peaceful." As YOU feeling the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe long, slow, deep, breaths. Practice visualization for as long as YOU like.
