Gratitude
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for your body, for your health and for your life. Become thankful for your life, take a moment to acknowledge that it is a precious gift that must be cherished and respected. End your day with thoughts of forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, and words. All yourself to feel forgiveness within. Release it, let it go! Relax and feel good on the inside.
Visualization
Finding Your Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your focal point. Do this by visualizing a dot or small circle within your mind. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue maintain your focus upon it Continue to visualize your focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it then begin to completely focus on it. Continue to practice developing your central focal point each night prior to bed. Visualization exercises help YOU to develop and maintain mental focus.
Peaceful Relaxation and Release
Become relaxed and take a deep cleansing breath. Allow yourself to begin to feel your mind and thoughts becoming clear. Begin to sense and feel mental and emotional relaxation and balance within. Begin to feel the love and happiness that radiates from within. Begin to release of any and all negativity, anxiety, frustration, stress and hurt from the deepest parts within YOU. Take a deep breath and slowly release it. Begin to feel a slight tingle move through your body as YOU begin to replace all of the negativity with thoughts of love, joy, harmony and peace. Feel the love, joy, harmony and peace and become one with it. Feel all of the tranquility, power and strength that love, joy, harmony and peace provides. Begin to feel relaxed and peaceful. Feeling completely at peace, allow this feeling of completeness to fill your entire body. Allow it to become apart of YOU. Begin to breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Relax and feel the peace, love and tranquility that currently exist within YOU.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become grateful for your life and health, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.
