Ending Your Day
Gratitude
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. End your day with thoughts of appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Appreciate all of the little things that YOU tend to take for granted. Stop for just a moment and look at the things that YOU simply take for granted each day. Become thankful for your life, know that it is a precious gift that must be cherished and respected. End your day and each day with forgiveness and humility. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within, feel the release, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to balance yourself and your ego. Practice humility by making others equal to yourself. On the inside we all are the same and we have to treat one another with love, dignity and respect. Practice humility by living each day without becoming boastful, prideful or arrogant.
Visualization
Finding Your Focal Point (Developing Mental Focus)
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your focal point. Do this by visualizing a dot or small circle within your mind. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and maintain your focus upon it. Continue to visualize and focus your attention on your focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it then begin to completely focus on it. Continue to block all thoughts and center your mind, thoughts and attention. Practice developing your focus each night prior to bed, it will assist YOU in developing and maintaining mental focus.
The Release
Breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Close your eyes and become completely mentally and emotionally relaxed. Begin to feel the love and happiness that exists within. Begin to feel all negativity, anxiety, frustration, stress and hurt from the deepest parts within YOU being released. Begin to feel positive energy move through your body as YOU replace all of the negativity with love, joy harmony and peace. Release the negativity and begin to embrace the thoughts and feelings of love, peace joy and happiness. Relax, release and let go. Feel the tranquility, power and strength that positive thought energy provides. Begin to feel relaxed, secure and peaceful. Feel the peace, allow it to fill your mind and body. Take a few moments and allow it to become a apart of YOU. Begin to feel calm, relaxed and light. Breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Relax and feel the peace, love and tranquility that currently exist within YOU.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become grateful for your life and health, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.
