Ending Your Day
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation for your life. Next, focus your thoughts on forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe in deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body.
Take a few moments to quietly relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in slowly and begin to mentally relax. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness. Begin to think thoughts of peacefulness, tranquility, love, joy, happiness and harmony. Begin to think it, feel it and see it all around YOU. Once YOU are completely relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for all things within your life. Begin to take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health. Begin to create balance within your life by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present.
Sit completely peaceful and relaxed. Take a moment to Mentally look around your world. Visualize and see the beautiful world in which YOU exist. See the beautiful flowers. See the tall green trees and feel soft, green grass under your feet. Begin to see and feel the brilliant, warm light of the evening sun. Feel it, shining gently down upon YOU. Absorb the loving light beautiful orange glow from the golden sun. Allow this warm loving light to embrace YOU. Feel the warmth and love of the light. Allow it to radiate throughout your body. Feel the love, feel the joy, feel the peace, as it becomes apart of YOU and YOU become apart of it. Feel light, feel loved and feel happy. Enjoy the love, enjoy the joy and enjoy the peace that exists within YOU. Enjoy the peace and love that the light provides YOU. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Slowly release all worries, all stress and all tension. Repeat "I AM Relaxed, I AM Peaceful". As YOU feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation, begin to take in long, slow, deep, breaths. Begin to practice and enjoy peaceful relaxation for a few moments each day.
After completing your quiet reflection, quiet relaxation and peaceful visualization. Review your goals, take in a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.
