Ending Your day
Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation for your body, health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow yourself to feel and experience forgiveness within. Begin to feel relaxed, allow yourself to forgive, release it and let it all go! Begin to relax and feel good within. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.
Visualization
Finding Your Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths. Relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Begin to practice finding your central focal point. To do this, Block all thoughts that come into your mind and begin to focus. Begin to visualize and see a small dot or circle within your mind. Begin to focus your mind and thoughts on the circle until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it, begin to completely focus on it. Practice making this circle small and then large. Begin to practice developing your focal point each night prior to bed. Visualization exercises can assist YOU can developing and maintaining mental focus.
Quiet Relaxation
Close your eyes and take a few moments to just relax. Take a few slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in slowly, release it and begin to mentally relax. Begin to slowly relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers. Breathe in, let it out and slowly and relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Breathe in and slowly let it go, begin to relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feelings of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are completely relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for your health. Take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life. Begin to create emotional balance within your life each night by practicing mental and emotional relaxation.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest, Peacefully...
