Ending Your Day
Gratitude
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. End your day with thoughts of appreciation for your body, your health and your life. Become thankful for your life. Begin to reflect upon it. Begin to acknowledge that your life is a precious gift that must be cherished and respected. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to think and feel forgiveness within your heart, mind and body. Sense and feel the release of any tension, frustration, anger, or anxiety. Begin to relax and feel positive energy within.
Visualization
Finding Your Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Breathe in deep and relax. Begin to calm your thoughts, mind and body. Take another calming breath and release. Close your eyes and begin to practice finding your focal point. Begin by blocking any and all thoughts that come into your mind. Begin to visualize and see a dot or small circle within your mind. Focus your attention toward the center the circle. Continue to visualize your focal point (dot or circle) until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can clearly see, begin to focus your complete attention on it. Continue maintain your focus upon it. Practicing developing and finding your focal point each day will assist YOU in developing and maintaining mental focus.

After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become grateful for your life and health, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/Radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully...
