End your day with quiet reflection. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation. Quiet your thoughts and begin to focus on forgivness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body.
Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to relax and release. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm and relaxed. Breathe in and slowly begin to mentally and emotionally relax. Sit quietly and feel the calming feelings of peaceful relaxation. Begin to release the events of your day, slow it all down and feel the feelings of gratitude and appreciation. Take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health.
To create balance in your life, practice mentally and emotionally releasing the past and live fully in the present.
Visualization
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden. Visualize and see the beautiful green grass, the beautiful flowers, the beautiful trees and feel the warmth of the sun, shining gently down upon you. See and hear a stream of clear running water that gently moves through your garden. Feel a sense of safety and security. Feel calm tranquil aliveness that exists within your beautiful garden. There are no worries, no cares and no responsibilities in your garden. Enjoy the silence, love, joy and peace that exists within your garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM Peaceful and Relaxed."
