As your day comes to an end, think and feel the feeling of gratitude. Sit quietly for just a few moments and just feel the feelings of gratitude and peacefulness. Relax and allow this feeling to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). While YOU are thinking and feeling gratitude and peacefulness, just breathe, long, slow breaths. Continue to do this for just a few moments each night prior to bed.
