Ending Your day
Gratitude
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. Appreciate all of the little things that we tend to take for granted. Stop for just for a moment and look at the things that YOU have that YOU take for granted each day. Become thankful for life, know that it is a precious gift that must be cherished and respected. End your day and each day with forgiveness and humility. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities, and words. All yourself to feel forgiveness within your, feel the release, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to balance yourself and your ego. Humility is making others and yourself equal. Inside we all are the same and we have to treat one another with love and respect. Begin to practice humility by living your each day without becoming boastful, prideful or arrogant.
Visualization
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your central focal point. Do this by visualizing a dot within your mind. View this dot, practice making this dot small and then large. Make this dot change colors from black to white to red. Continue to visualize your central focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it then begin to completely focus on it. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue to focus on it. Continue to practice developing your central focal point. Visualization exercises help YOU to practice and maintain mental focus.
The Mountain
Visualize yourself sitting relaxed at the top of a beautiful mountain, feel free, smell and feel the crisp clean air that flows gently past YOU, feel free and peaceful. Feel the warmth of the sun that is gently reflecting upon YOU. See the beautiful blue sky and for miles and every direction there is love, beauty and peace. Feel safe and feel peaceful. Feel the love, feel the peace and feel the beauty that is all around YOU. Let it flow through your body. Feel relaxed, feel secure, and feel peaceful. Feel the peace, allow it to fill your body, allow it to become apart of YOU. Feel calm, relaxed and peaceful. Breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Relax and feel the peace and love that exist within YOU.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully...
