Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel forgiveness within yourself, feel the release, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to balance yourself mentally and emotionally.
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your central focal point. Do this visualizie a dot within your mind. View this dot, practice making this dot small and then large. Make this dot change colors from black to white to red. Continue to visualize your central focal point until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it then begin to completely focus on it. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue to focus on it. Continue to practice developing your central focal point. Visualization exercises help YOU to practice and maintain mental focus.
Visualize yourself sitting relaxed free and peaceful. Feel the love an light that is gently reflecting within YOU. See and feel the beauty within; there is love, beauty and peace. Begin to feel secure, loving and peaceful. Radiate and project the feelings of love and peace that is within YOU. Relax, feel the peace and the beauty that is all around YOU. Let this peace within flow through your body. Feel relaxed, feel secure, and feel peaceful, allow it to fill your body, allow it to become apart of YOU. Feel calm, loved peaceful and relaxed. Breathe in deeply and slowly, hold it in and slowly release it. Now, relax and feel the peace and love that is within YOU.
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully...
