Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and Forgiveness. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for YOU, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow YOU to feel forgiveness within yourself, feel the release, relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to balance yourself mentally and emotionally.
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Practice finding your central focal point. Close your eyes and visualize a beautiful rose within your mind. Concentrate and begin to see and visualize this rose. Continue to focus blocking all thoughts that may enter your mind. Continue to mentally focus while concentrating on your rose. Continue to visualize your rose until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can clearly see it, begin to completely focus on it. Enjoy the beautiy of your rose. Continue to block and release all thoughts that come into your mind. Note of all of the thoughts that entered your mind. Relax, breathe and continue to focus . Continue to practice developing your central focal point each night. Visualization exercises will help YOU to develop and maintain complete mental focus.
Mental Relaxation
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in slowly and begin to mentally relax. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feelings of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for your life and your health. Take slow, deep breaths and feel the peaceful sensations of peaceful relaxation. Slowly repeat "I AM Peaceful, I AM Relaxed." Continue to take long, slow, deep, breaths, begin to mentally release the events of your day. Take several deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health. Practice mental relaxation today, each day, everyday, one day at a time.

After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and rest...... Peacefully...
