Ending Your Day
End your day with quiet reflection. Take this time to relax, release, unwind and reflect on your day. Begin your quiet reflection with thoughts of gratitude and appreciation for your life. Next, focus your thoughts on forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative or hurtful events of the past. Breathe deeply and allow the thoughts and feelings of forgiveness to flow through your mind and body.
Take A Few Moments
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally relax. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness. Think thoughts of peacefulness, think thoughts of tranquility, think and feel thoughts of love, joy, happiness and harmony. Think it, feel it and see it. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation, take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health. YOU can create balance and reduce stress by practicing mentally and emotionally releasing the past and living fully in the present.
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden. Visualize and see the beautiful green grass, the beautiful flowers and beautiful green trees. Begin to see and feel the warm light and love of the sun, shining gently down upon YOU. Absorb the light from the sun; allow this warm loving light to embrace YOU. Feel the warmth and love radiate through your body. Feel the love, feel the joy as it becomes apart of your. Feel light, feel loved and feel happy. Enjoy the love, joy and peace that exist within your garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Slowly repeat "I am peaceful." As YOU feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe long, slow, deep, breaths. Practice this relaxation technique for a few moments prior to bed each night.
After completing your quiet reflection, visualize peace and love in your home. See and visualize peace and love in every space within your home. See it, feel it, think it and know it. Review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and radio and rest...... Peacefully.....
