Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for mind, your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself for all negative actions, activities, words and thoughts. Allow yourself to feel and experience forgiveness within. Begin to feel relaxed, begin to forgive, release it and let it go. Begin to relax and feel good on the inside. Begin to live each day with a mindset that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths. Relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Begin to practice finding your central focal point. To do this, visualize a dot or circle within your mind. Begin to see and visualize this circle. Continue to focus your mind and thoughts on the circle until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can see it, begin to completely focus on it. Practice making this circle small and then large. Begin to practice making this circle change colors from black to white and then to yellow. Block all thoughts that come into your mind and continue to focus on it. Continue to practice developing your central focal point. With visualization exercises YOU can develop and maintain mental focus.
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to calm yourself and relax. Breathe in slowly, release it and begin to mentally relax. Begin to slowly relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers. Breathe in, let it out and slowly and relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Breathe in, slowly let it go and relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feelings of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation for your health. Take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life. Begin to create emotional balance within your life each night by practicing mental and emotional relaxation.
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio and allow yourself to rest, Peacefully...
