Gratitude
End your day with gratitude and appreciation. End your day with thoughts and appreciation for your body, your health and your life. Become thankful for life, know that it is a precious gift that must be cherished and respected. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to think and feel forgiveness within your heart, mind and body. Sense and feel the release relax and begin to feel good within.
Visualization
Finding Your Central Focal Point
Begin your visualization exercise by taking a few slow deep breaths, relax and calm your mind and thoughts. Breathe in deep and relax. Begin to calm your thoughts, mind and body. Take another calming breath and release. Close your eyes and begin to practice finding your central focal point. Do this by visualizing a dot or circle within your mind. Focus your attention toward the center of your forehead. Continue to visualize your central focal point (dot or circle) until YOU can clearly see it. Once YOU can clearly see, begin to focus your complete attention on it. Block or release any and all thoughts that come into your mind. Continue maintain your focus upon it. Practice developing your central focal point each day to develop and maintain mental focus.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, become grateful for your life and health, take a deep breath, turn off the TV and radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully...
