Gratitude and Appreciation
Take a few moments to relax. Take slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to bring yourself into a calm tranquil mood. Once relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Feel feelings of peaceful gratitude and appreciation, take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health.
Visualization
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed inside of a beautiful garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your body (from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet). Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I AM Special." Breathe long, slow, deep, breaths as YOU feel the feelings of peaceful relaxation.
Completion
After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a slow, deep breath, turn off TV and rest... Peacefully...
