Make a commitment to consistent effort to work on YOU today, each day and everyday, one day at a time.
Gratitude and Forgiveness
End your day with gratitude and forgiveness. End your day with thoughts of appreciation and respect for yourself, for your body, for your health and for your life. End your day and each day with forgiveness. Forgive yourself and others for all negative actions, activities and words. Allow yourself to feel the release and freedom that forgiveness brings. Begin to relax, feel the release, and feel good within. Begin to live each day with a new mindset, one that will allow YOU to create mental and emotional balance within.
Mental Relaxation
Take a few moments to just relax. Take slow, deep breaths and release... Slowly begin to calm yourself and become relaxed. Breathe slowly and begin to mentally, relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and your fingers. Slowly, relax your chest...., back.... and your abdomen. Begin to relax your legs...., thighs...., calves...., ankles...., feet.... and your toes. Sit quietly and mentally feel the calming feeling of peacefulness and tranquility. Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release the events of your day. Begin to feel gratitude and appreciation, take slow, deep breaths and become thankful for your life and health.
Visualization
Visualize yourself sitting completely peaceful and relaxed in a beautiful garden. Look around your garden. Visualize and see the beautiful green grass, the beautiful flowers and the beautiful trees. Feel the warmth of the sun, shining gently down upon YOU. Enjoy the love, joy, happiness and peace that exist within your beautiful garden. Relax your mind and allow the feeling of peacefulness to move throughout your mind and body. Close your eyes and slowly repeat "I am peaceful." As YOU are feeling the feelings of peaceful relaxation, breathe long, slow, deep, breaths. Practice this relaxation technique for a few moments prior to bed each night.

After completing your quiet reflection, review your goals, take a deep breath, turn off the TV/radio and allow yourself to rest...... Peacefully.....
